Information and consent regarding the pocessing of personal data by Enac - Italian Civil Aviation Authority in Accordance with Art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR)
In order to provide consent for the utilization of personal data for institutional and informational purposes, the user:
- Authorizes Enac to process personal data transmitted solely for the purpose of executing operations related to the requested services;
- Consents to the use of personal data for institutional and informational purposes;
- Acknowledges acceptance of the transmission of accounting documents (such as invoices, receipts, statements of account, etc.) through the electronic channels provided by the aforementioned services.
- The user acknowledges being informed that, in compliance with current legislation on the protection of personal data, the information requested in this declaration, mandated by sector-specific regulations, is essential for conducting the relevant procedures. Furthermore, it will be utilized exclusively for this purpose, with the assistance of IT tools, in accordance with the methods outlined in the privacy section of the Authority’s Transparency Portal (https://enac.portaleamministrazionetrasparente.it).
