I have been requested to pay an additional fee for a person with a disability/reduced mobility to sit next to their caregiver. What can I do?

Since August 15, 2021, all air carriers operating in Italy are mandated to provide assistance to disabled individuals or those with reduced mobility, including assigning seats near their caregivers at no additional charge. In the event of non-compliance with this regulation, Enac will impose sanctions on the air carrier.
